ˇiDigitimesˇj Among the entire storage device arena, MP3 player has a great demand in the consumer electronic market. In order to respond the need, Chesen decide to add the MP3 player function into our USB OTG storage bridge. CSA8013/8013P USB Storage Bridge with MP3 Interface Processor not only have the instant data sharing bridge function but also have MP3 music play function. The MP3 file can come from either source or target storage device by switch the switching mode. It allows the bridge also has the MP3 playing function. The solution creates an extra additional-profit itself as well as an effectively cost down.
CSA8013/8013P integrate the bridge and MP3 function using two OTG Module and a CSM-16 16-bit MCU with 96K byte ROM and 6K byte internal RAM which also support 128 byte SRAM as a buffer. Fully compliant with USB specification OTG supplement Rev. 1.0a. The maximum speed can up to 1M byte/sec. It also has a very user friendly interface with one switch mode and 4 LED ( or 2 bi-color LED).
Not only that, a brand-new application of bridge is also coming soon. CSA8023 a storage bridge that support DSC with LCM display which has a strong file management ability. Chesen Electronic USB OTG application were largely shunned in this yearˇ¦s Taipei Computex. The cooperated manufacture all displayed the related applications.
